Your business already has a system. It just lives in people’s heads.

hi, I’m Huzaifa

I map how the work actually runs, fix where it breaks, and build it into Asana or Odoo, so it keeps running when people change.

Sound familiar? This is how most growing teams run.

  2. Asana · Intake

    Every request, one door.

Owner, stage and date from day one. Nothing lost in DMs.

  3. Asana · Automations

    The system does the chasing.

Assignments, dates and handoffs happen on their own.

  4. Asana · Dashboards

    Status, without asking.

Leadership sees it live. The weekly status meeting goes.

  5. Asana · Goals

Every task, tied to a goal.

So the team works on what actually moves the business.

  6. Odoo · Inventory

    Stock and books that agree.

I find why they drift apart, then fix the cause.

  7. Odoo · Landed cost

    Know your real margin.

Freight, duty and clearing on every item. No more guessing.

  8. Handover

Yours to run. Not mine to hold.

System, SOP and a video walkthrough. You own all three.

The work

Which one sounds like your business?

Each problem opens the full story: what was breaking, what was built or designed, and how it was checked.

  • DeliveredClient work with the KlarityOps team
  • Solution designOdoo reference design, not a client deployment

Delivered builds are client work with the KlarityOps team. Pridola’s result is client reported, and Roosty’s adoption was not measured, so no figure is claimed.

Practice, stated plainly

The gap nobody could explain.

A full simulated Odoo engagement for an auto parts importer: job brief, written proposal, discovery call and a data assessment written for the client. The stock report and the general ledger disagreed, and nobody could say why.

  • PKR 307,791 → 0gap between stock and ledger, reconciled line by line
  • 25.7% → 12.4% to 14.6%true gross margin, once freight and clearing are counted
  • 44 to 108 itemsselling below their true cost

Also built: a Python data assessment tool that profiles a legacy export before migration (duplicate codes, blank costs, unit variants, negative stock, orphan records, date conflicts) and reports which questions the data cannot answer. It runs across a practice set of 31 companies.

Practice on data I built, not a client. Documented end to end, and I can walk you through any part of it live.

Don’t take my word for it. Watch it work.

Short walkthroughs of the builds, recreated in demo workspaces so no client data is shown. Each one takes a single piece of work from start to done.

From request to done

  1. A request comes in through the intake form
  2. It lands on the board with owner, channel and date
  3. An automation rule is switched on
  4. Moved to Review: the rule assigns it and sets the date
  5. The dashboard updates itself

Landed cost and the true margin

  1. Stock valued at supplier (FOB) cost
  2. A landed cost is created for the shipment
  3. Freight by weight, duty by value, clearing by quantity
  4. Valuation adjustments, then validate
  5. Unit costs update across stock
  6. The true margin, and the items below cost

About

Supply chain first. Software second.

Most people who set up these tools know the software. I know why the stock report and the ledger disagree, and why a launch slips. So I fix the process first, then build the system around it.

Where I go deepest: why a stock report and a ledger stop agreeing.

I build Asana operating systems for scaling brands with the KlarityOps team, and I focus on the Odoo work that decides whether an implementation succeeds: inventory, landed cost and clean data.

Straight answers

Before you ask.

Still not sure it fits? Tell me what’s breaking. In 30 minutes you’ll know if Asana, Odoo or neither is the answer.

Have you implemented Odoo for paying clients?

Not yet as a paid launch, and I won’t pretend otherwise. My Odoo work is a full simulated engagement and five written blueprints. That’s why Odoo work with me starts with a small fixed price diagnosis, so you see how I think on your data first.

Asana or Odoo: which do I need?

Asana runs how your team works. Odoo runs how stock and money move. Many product brands need both. The free call tells you which to fix first.

Do you write custom Odoo code?

No. Standard Odoo covers most needs. When code is truly needed, I scope it and work with a developer, so you never get modules nobody can maintain.

How do we work across time zones?

I’m in Lahore (UTC+5). That covers your whole UK working day and US East Coast mornings. Written updates, one weekly call, every decision documented.

What does it cost?

It depends on scope. After the free call you get a written blueprint and a fixed quote before any work starts.
